As an educator I will create a student centered learning environment.  It is my role as a teacher to use research-based instructional and assessment strategies to design classroom content that will maximize engagement of all students learning

Founding Fathers Unit Plan

This folder contains two lesson plans I designed for a Founding Fathers Unit Plan.  The folder also contains the final unit plan which was collaborative effort with my colleagues.  Together we created an eight day plan that addresses content standard and research-based instructional and assessment strategies which maximize our students learning.  These documents are representative of my ability to create student-centered learning and effectively collaborate with my cohorts.

I Need Sleep, Or I Will Be Weak!

This artifact is another example of my ability to collaborate to create engaging content as well as include my artistic abilities.Our short story promotes the importance of getting an adequate amount of sleep. I included this short story we created as it is an example of my ability to creatively create, administer, and deliver content.
